In keeping with the self-congratulatory nature of these kinds of industry events, they are to be called "The Smugs" (superbly designed by Sarah).Below are a series of Smug Nominations and on April 1st (seemed an appropriate date, somehow) so we will hand out the awards, with the winner's smug mugshot on a mug.
There will be 8 awards, 7 of which you can vote using the pollhost system below, and the last one, Best Single Strip, you will have to write in the comments section as pollhost doesn't allow for over 100 options (and a bonus award for the funniest strip about the awards) .
You will be allowed one vote per day, per category, so be sure to come back and support your favourite.
Bribery and corruption is not only expected, but encouraged.

My vote for favourite strip goes to Andraste Tells It Like It Is by Monstee, 22nd Feb. That was a real coffee-out-the-nose moment for me.

Oh, jeez... I don't know! My two favourites are Barbudo Deconstructed and the one where under the masks are two Kims, but they're both 6 panel ones and probably up for their own award...
I'll go with Doctor Evils striptease on with the 'pasties' (26th Jan) is great...
Well, I can't really vote for my favourite as I'll look like a right sad egotistical wanker... (it's the introduction of Anonymous and the birth of a new word - Glark. My finest hour!)

I am going to have to put in monstee's El B wake, that is just hilarious, but I am also in agreement with monstee, should be for favorite, not best. as a total non-contributor, I have no clue about what was hardest to do, or is best or whatever, therefore, my opinion doesn't really count ~ but I did have a few favorites, so that's what I'll put down, eh.
Admittedly I've been a bit slow on the uptake here, but I'll throw my weight anyway behind the interactive masterpiece that was Monstee's wake for El Barbudo
