OH MY! El B, I have to know how you did that!? it's fucking awesome!
First of all you grab God by the fucking balls and squeeze hard...
...then it's just using images > adjustments > invert on Footeater, overlay a skull and reduce the opacity. Place on a bed of a yellow oval, using the smudge tool to get the spikes. Simmer for 15 minutes and serve with a creme anglaise and a sprig of mint.
Sunglasses are a nice touch.
