why do people always say "glark" when they're beheaded? Is there documented proof to support this?

and what IS up with the "glark"??
"Glark" was just in Binty's original as Anon got his head severed. I thought it was a good onomatopoeic sound, so left it in for this strip.
And I liked it too, Andraste.
Had some ideas for more ...ahem...original ones over the weekend, but I have to refine them to fit in a three panel strip.
